    chromium-dev-54.0.2832.2-4-x86_64
    * added GLOBAL/USER CONFIG back and the checks for flash
    * ( we can have an -dev flash package but I don't think the flash version
    * in the -dev rpm is different )
    * added --user-data-dir which points to $HOME/.config/chromium-dev so
    * we don't conflict with 'stable' files and both can co-exists
    * removed conflicts with stable chromium
