Keyboard layouts for Keyb v2.0 pre3 and later

2.0 (15/08/05)   Initial release for KEYB v2.0 pre3.

2.1 (18/08/05)   Norwegian and  finnish/swedish  keyboards  can now type  all
                 latin-alphabet-based saami languages and the romany language
                 spoken in Finland. FreeDOS  enhancement: they can also  type
                 karelian languages, livonian and ingrian.

                 Support for the  saami  keyboards  based  on  the  norwegian
                 ("SN" layout) and  finnish/swedish ("SE" layout)  keyboards.
                 Important: these are different from the enhancements on  the
                 norwegian and finnish/swedish layouts. FreeDOS  enhancement:
                 they can also type karelian languages, livonian and ingrian.

                 Support for the maltese language (based on UK  standard  and
                 US keyboards) was moved into the layout of  those  keyboards
                 themselves; the "MT" layout now refers to the real, physical
                 keyboard, released on  Malta  on  February/2005.

                 Support for esperanto is no longer on separate layouts ("EO"
                 and "EO166"). They  have been  moved into the layouts of the
                 keyboards they were based on: US and UK standard.

                 The finnish/swedish keyboard now have full support  for  the
                 finnish language: s/S and z/Z with caron.

                 German keyboards can also type esperanto and polish.

                 Polish keyboards can type kashubian.

                 Turkish keyboards can type esperanto.

                 US keyboard can now type maori, hawaiian, samoan, niuean and
                 tokelauan.

                 US and UK standard keyboards can now type afrikaans.
   
2.2 (15/10/05)   Norwegian and swedish/finnish keyboards: support for sami is
                 now part of a secondary layer instead of a different layout;
                 support for ingrian and livonian languages has been removed.
                 
                 Full french support (AE/OE ligatures and  capital  "Y"  with
                 umlaut on belgian, swiss-french and all canadian and  french
                 keyboards.

                 Belgium: keyboard can type german (sharp S), wallon, picard,
                 champenois, gaumais and frankish.

                 Canada: keyboards can type inuktitut, cree, dogrib,  slavey,
                 chipewyan, inuvialuktun, inuinnaqtun and gwich'in.

                 Denmark: keyboard can type faeroese, greenlandic and german.

                 France: standard keyboard can type tahitian.
  
                 Georgia: keyboard can type abkhaz, ossetian and russian.

                 Germany/Austria: keyboards can type croatian, czech, danish,
                 frisian, hungarian, romani, slovak, slovenian, low saxon and
                 sorbian. French native support expanded to full french.

                 Italy:  keyboards  can  type  albanian,  catalan,  croatian,
                 french, friulian, german, greek, latin,  occitan, provencal,
                 sardinian and slovenian.

                 Latin America: keyboard can type guarani.

                 Macedonia: keyboard can type  albanian,  turkish  and balkan
                 romani.
  
                 Netherlands: keyboard can type  low  saxon,  limburgish  and
                 frisian.

                 Nigeria: keyboard layout now available.

                 Poland: keyboards can type belarussian and ukrainian.

                 Romania: keyboards  can  type  gagauz, romanian  (cyrillic),
                 russian and ukrainian.

                 Russia:  Created  3  keyboard  layouts   for   29   official
                 languages: Adyghe, Altai, Bashkir, Buryat, Chechen, Chukchi,
                 Chuvash, Dolgan, Erzya, Evenki,  Ingush,  Kabardian, Kalmyk,
                 Karachay-Balkar,  Karelian,  Khakas,  Khanty,  Komi-Permyak,
                 Komi-Zyrian, Koryak, Mansi, Mari, Moksha, Nenets,  Ossetian,
                 Tatar, Tuvin, Udmurt and Yakut. The tatar layout was already
                 available actually but it now also supports the latin  tatar
                 alphabet. 

                 Serbia and Montenegro:  Cyrillic  (YC)  keyboards  can  type
                 ruthenian.

                 Spain: keyboard can type catalan (l with middle dot).

                 Tajikistan: keyboard layout now available.

                 Turkmenistan: keyboard layout now available.

                 UK: keyboards can type breton, french, irish  gaelic,  manx,
                 polish, scots, spanish and welsh; former IR and  GD  layouts
                 have been removed.

                 US: keyboard can type chamorro, french, german, luxemburgish
                 and spanish.

                 UX: The US keyboard  (international  layout)  can  type  all
                 official and co-official oceanic languages, namely:  French,
                 Fijian, Marshallese, Kiribati,  Chuuk,  Kosraean,  Ponapean,
                 Ulithian, Yapese,  Nauruan,  Palauan,  Sonsoralese,  Tobian,
                 Angaur, Samoan, Tongan, Tuvaluan and Bislama.

                 The following keyboard layouts were moved into KEYBRD2.SYS:

                 - Bulgarian;
                 - Greek;
                 - Icelandic;
                 - Romanian;
                 - Russian;
                 - Turkish;
                 - "Yugoslavian cyrillic".

                 The filipino keyboard layout was renamed from "TL" to "PH".

2.3 (10/01/06)   US: keyboard can type all the other official and co-official
                 languages in South Africa -  Venda,  Xhosa,  Zulu,   Tsonga,
                 Tswana, Swazi, Ndelebe, Northern Sotho,  Sesotho,  Fanagalo,
                 Lobedu, Pluthi, Khoe, Nama, San and Northern Ndebele.
                 Support for Maltese was removed.

                 UX ("US International"): keyboard can type all  the official,
                 co-official and widely spoken languages on Africa enlisted on
                 "AFRICA.TXT".

                 Benin: keyboard layout now available.
                 Types french, yoruba and fon.
                 Free implementation based on a regular french keyboard.

                 Niger: keyboard layout now available.
                 Types french, hausa, zarma and tamajeq.
                 Free implementation based on a regular french keyboard.

                 Latin America: keyboard can type other official indigenous
                 languages in addition to Guarani, all of them enlisted  on
                 "LAT-AMER.TXT"; also venetian and low german mennonite.
