Keyboard layouts for Keyb v2.0 pre3 and later

Version Description
------------ -----------
Prior to 2.0 Layouts for earlier versions of KEYB.

2.0 (15/08/05) Initial release for KEYB v2.0 pre3.

2.1 (18/08/05) Norwegian and finnish/swedish keyboards
                 can now type all latin-alphabet-based
saami languages, according to the release
of the support under Microsoft(c) Windows(tm)
XP SP2. FreeDOS enhancement: they can also
type karelian languages, livonian and ingrian. (*)

Support for the smi keyboards based on the
norwegian ("SN" layout) and finnish/swedish ("SE"
layout) keyboards. Important: these are different
from the enhancements on the norwegian and finnish/
swedish layouts. These two new layouts also follow
                 Microsoft(c) Windows(tm) XP SP2 specifications.
FreeDOS enhancement: they can also type karelian
                 languages, livonian and ingrian. (*)

Support for the maltese language (based on UK
standard and US keyboards) was moved into the
layout of those keyboards themselves; the "MT"
layout now refers to the real, physical maltese
keyboard, released on Malta on February/2005.
US and UK standard keyboards can type maltese
if codepage 853 is prepared and selected. (*)

Support for esperanto is no longer on separate
layouts ("EO" and "EO166"). They were moved into
the layouts of the keyboards they were based on:
US and UK standard, which can type on that language
if codepage 853 is prepared and selected. (*)

Support for afrikaans is now available on US
and UK standard keyboards, since the first is official
on South Africa and the latter seems also to be sold
on that country. Codepage 853 must be prepared and
selected for those keyboards to type on afrikaans. (*)

Support for maori is now available on the US keyboard
since that keyboard is official in New Zealand. The US
keyboard can type on that language if codepage 775
                 is prepared and selected. (*)

For documentation purposes: there's already been a while
since the UK standard and german keyboards are able to
type polish, since codepage 852 is prepared and selected.
Those keyboards were enhanced upon request. German keyboards
                 can also type esperanto. (*)

(*) Please read the "ENHANCED.TXT" file for details.
