{{alias}}( start, stop[, N][, options] )
    Returns an iterator which returns evenly spaced numbers on a log scale.

    In linear space, the sequence starts at `base` raised to the power of
    `start` and ends with `base` raised to the power of `stop`.

    If an environment supports Symbol.iterator, the returned iterator is
    iterable.

    Parameters
    ----------
    start: number
        Exponent of starting value.

    stop: number
        Exponent of stopping value.

    N: integer (optional)
        Number of values. Default: 100.

    options: Object (optional)
        Function options.

    options.base: number (optional)
        Base of log space. Default: 10.

    Returns
    -------
    iterator: Object
        Iterator.

    iterator.next(): Function
        Returns an iterator protocol-compliant object containing the next
        iterated value (if one exists) and a boolean flag indicating whether the
        iterator is finished.

    iterator.return( [value] ): Function
        Finishes an iterator and returns a provided value.

    Examples
    --------
    > var it = {{alias}}( 0, 3, 4 );
    > var v = it.next().value
    1
    > v = it.next().value
    10
