File Menu\n

Save: save the current configuration.
This saves the configuration in a form that fvwmconf can read. It will automatically
be read when fvwmconf starts the next time. To save in a form that fvwm2 will
read without using fvwmconf , see below.

\nSave As: creates a new file and saves the current configuration under this name.

\nRe-Load: Re-read from disk, and re-execute the current configuration.

\nLoad: choose a configuration from a list and load and execute it.

\nRe-execute: send all the commands from the current configuration to fvwm2.

\nClear: reset the current configuration to a simple state.

\nWrite: write the current configuration to a file in a form suitable for inclusion in
.fvwmrc . There is a line in the distributed
.fvwm2rc file, 'Read .com.fvwm'. This reads the configuration so that you don't
need to start fvwmconf everytime you start fvwm2. You can comment this line out
if you want to disable it.

\nRead: This reads the file ~/.fvwm2rc or another file of the
same format. The current configuration is set according to the contents of this
file. Currently FvwmConf only understands some of the contents-- mostly style
and some of the common decor commands.

\nRestart FvwmConf: Kill FvwmConf and restart it.

\nExit FvwmConf: Kill FvwmConf.
