SYNOPSIS
    isobj(x)

    return	int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if x is an object.  This function will return 1 if x is
    an object, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    > obj surd {a, b} a;
    > print isobj(a), isobj(1)
    1 0
