[14:14:00] <jelle|M> mkurz: why wouldn't cuda be packagable for ARM
[14:14:38] <jelle|M> or oneapi
[14:17:01] <rtp> fwiw cuda can definitively be built on aarch64
[14:30:44] <jelle|M> thats what I assumed, so there is no need to apply these workarounds and complexity for aarch64
[14:37:05] <rtp> afair, for cuda, it's a matter of using the right .run file and on the old cuda version I've looked at an extra patch but that's all
[14:42:22] <rtp> oh, right. latest version of cuda is supporting aarch64 thanks to solskogen|M
[15:52:38] <clover|M> Dan Johansen (strit)here's my latest stubble packaging attempt. https://codeberg.org
[15:52:38] <clover|M> this package builds on x86_64 and aarch64, and maybe even risc-v but i didn't test that :) but it is meant to be architecture flexible and thus friendly to the arch ports project
[15:52:39] <phrik> Title: ironrobin/arch-stubble: PKGBUILD and packaging files for the Stubble UEFI stub on Arch Linux. - Codeberg.org (at codeberg.org)
[16:00:16] <clover|M> i thought about it, the way this is currently packaged i don't think its very useful for x86 users, but i had another version where i used cross compilation to package EFI binaries for all 3 architectures, which would be useful for example for archiso to produce AArch64 installation media from an x86_64 build host. this is how debian is trying to package it (still WIP) but then it probably wouldn't be enjoyed by the arch ports builder
